Update
Hey guys. Just wanted to get rid of that last journal, because it's been over a year and I'm sick of staring at it.
I don't have much to say, but I wanted to say hello to everyone, old and new, and make excuses for my continuing absence from dA. I jump on every once in a while, since I'm finally posting drawings again, but I don't spend a lot of time here. So please forgive me if you leave a comment and don't get a response until several months later ^^;
If you want to see more activity from me (but why), I do hang out over at tumblr more and post little sketches and doodles that I don't post here, but nothing to write home about. I'm like
Film: Tree of Life
Hey guys. Sorry this isn't a proper journal or update, but I just posted this review to tumblr, and I wanted to put it here as well :)
So I finally saw Tree of Life last night.

But last night I graduated for the second time in six months, which means my parents have officially run out of money to send me to any more school. And now I am back home, and hope to use this summer to catch up on life. I know, at least, that I sorely neglected my dA account, and also drawing in general, so I hope to remedy that soon.
I'll post my newest video up soon, too, as it's still being sound-designed.
Also, as some of you may or may not know, I spend most of my internet ti
HOW TO DRAW
This is fantastic. If you consider yourself an artist, or just want to see an amazing artist at work, do yourself a favor and find a spare 30 minutes to watch this:

It's a short film in which caricaturist John Kascht walks you through his process drawing Conan O'Brien. And just in case you think caricatures are not for you, consider that all cartoon/animated character are caricatures of sorts, from Disney to anime.
Speaking of Disney, check out ~shoomlah (https://www.deviantart.com/shoomlah)'s process video of her historically accurate Cinderella. Also, the details one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CX8a2
